1. Choose your location – Trees, fences, or posts near branches or shrubs work best.
2. Hold the stake at a slight downward angle – This gives you a clean, secure tap-in.
3. Tap the thickest part with a hammer or mallet until firmly anchored.
4. Slide the perch into the base of the house – It clicks into place, no tools required.

Can birds actually feed from this?
Yes! It’s designed to welcome small birds. Just put a piece of fruit or suet (seed) ball on the stake in the middle and let nature do the rest (honestly we find that suet balls work amazingly) .

Just one step—slide the perch into the slot at the base of the house after installation. No tools needed.

Will it rust or flake?
Nope. It’s made from Corten® weathering steel, which forms a stable patina that protects the piece and looks stunning as it ages.
