MEET THE BIRD

The plant lover gets another bird.

That curved beak and throat tuft look quite at home above a pot of leaves. The Tūī Plant Stake joins in two pieces, reaching 70 cm before it goes into the soil. Use it for a little plant support or simply for the shape above the greenery. Give the roots space and let your tūī settle in.

The Tūī Plant Stake - 70cm by Metalbird New Zealand features a corten steel bird perched on a branch atop a slender rod, set against a light beige background—a perfect gift for nature enthusiasts.
MADE FOR OUTDOORS

Steel that changes with the seasons

Corten is weathering steel. Its grey surface changes through orange and brown tones as a natural rust patina develops. Colour and timing depend on the setting. Keep it well drained and allow for rusty runoff, which can mark paving, pots and nearby surfaces. This is unpainted steel, not a permanent black finish.

The Metalbird New Zealand Tūī Plant Stake (70cm) features a striking bird-on-branch silhouette, crafted in a minimalistic style—an elegant accent for your garden, presented on a light background.
INSTALLATION

Slot together. Set in soil.

Slide the two pieces together until the joint is firmly aligned. Insert the pointed end into firm potting mix or garden soil, keeping clear of plant roots. Check that it is steady. The assembled height is 70 cm before insertion; some of the stake sits below the soil. No hammer-in timber mounting is needed.
