Update: As of 11/10: All of our birds are shipped out of Auckland. While the rest of New Zealand is in Alert Level 2, Auckland still remains in Alert Level 3. While we aim to process your order within 24 hours, this can take up to 48 hours due to staff limitations. Deliveries are still seeing significant delays due to Covid operating restrictions, and an overwhelming amount of backlog through the postal system here in Auckland. We have been advised by NZ Post, that parcels can be delayed between 7-10 working days.
Remember you can track all parcels sent within NZ with us online and please only contact our customer support team if your parcel has been delayed by more than 10 working days.
